Red Hat Micro-Winery offers a unique wine making approach in which individuals, couples, or friends can purchase a 30 bottle vintage batch from over forty different wine varieties, design their own label and participate in the bottling process.
Here is how it works:
- Taste
We lead you through a tasting to select the wine you like best. Here we sit leisurely, enjoying samples of Red Hat Wine to learn about different tastes offered by different grapes and styles. After sampling you select your favorite
- Make
Next, our winemakers initiate the juice fermentation. We carefully monitor the process to ensure you receive only the highest quality wine. We can custom age your wine to get just the right flavor profile for your tastes.
- Bottle
Now for the fun part, you select your own wine label from our collection or order a fully custom label with a graphic or photo you provide. You bottle and label your own wine in our state of the art bottling room. Bring your own appetizers to enjoy while you bottle!

Finally, the best part, enjoy your wine with dinner, friends, special or everyday occasions. All custom wine selections include bottles, choice of labels and custom text, and a lot of fun for a great price.
